Kulume is a set of 133 small tools for PDFs, pictures and text. The name is the Kannada word ಕುಲುಮೆ, a blacksmith’s forge.
Everything runs in your browser. When you choose a file, the page reads it on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server.
Install it as an app. In Chrome on Android, open the menu and choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”. After that, Kulume appears in the Share menu of your gallery and file manager, and tools you have opened once keep working without internet. To have all of them offline, including the larger ones that remove backgrounds and read text, use this button on Wi-Fi.
Exam and ID photo sizes were collected in October 2026. Boards change their rules between cycles, so every number can be edited, and you should confirm it against the current official notification before you upload.
Background change, face blur, upscaling and text recognition use small models that run on your device. They are slower on older phones.
Kannada. The ಕನ್ನಡ pages translate the menus, tool names and common buttons. Longer instructions inside the tools are still in English.
